I have implemented push notification in my app, and I am testing it with my android mobile phone right now.  However, I've found an issue and I'm trying to find out why it is happening in this way.

here's my problem,

when I send a push notification from the console, typically I get the notification with a delay. Often it takes less than 30 minutes, but sometimes the delivery time takes more than an hour. Rarely I get the notification within a minute without a delay.

I am sending the notification to just one device, and the delivery time is different every time.  is this typical when you send push notification? is there a way to improve it?

I tested more and noticed that the notification failed to get delivered sometimes. I am hoping that I can send the push notifications more reliably and constantly. Thank you in advance for your help.
