As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
If you wish to replace app icons in the Kinvey console, that is not supported currently.
And as you already know, you have complete freedom to use your own logos/images in the mobile apps you develop with Kinvey.
