As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
Unable to sign up for Kinvey's HIPAA offering announced on April 4. It appears an administrator has to approve my account. I submitted the request on April 13. Still waiting...
