I read somewhere on the forums here that single environments are configured to handle 20 requests per second. I'd like to know what's the limit on requests per second for a single Kinvey environment, is it possible to enlarge it and how much would that cost? As far as I know, Parse has (had?) paid request limit extension.

I ran stress tests on a collection endpoint and it seems running up to 40-50 simultaneous threads sending requests gives fairly reasonable average response times around 1.5-2.2s, but going over that ends up with some requests being handled in unacceptable times - some get delayed for up to 10s+

Kinvey doesn't pose a limit as such on specific environments as far as I know.

Can you tell me about your use case? And the traffic you are expecting?
