i couldn't find it from this page . they only mention 1 Admin or Collaborator1 Environment / app1 GB Data Storage
.By the way . what is active user actually . the 1001 user will be denied ? please give me a detail information about this
Hi,
An active user is defined as a user that makes API calls, measured monthly for Billing purposes. In a month, typically, the active user count will be the number of users who logged in and accessed your app.
The limit is strictly for Billing purposes. At the end off each month, if your active user count is greater than 1000, Kinvey Sales team will get in touch with you to help you switch to the next Billing plan (Startup plan at $200 per month in this case) or guide you on how to scale down to remain in the existing plan. This will depend on your future usage and expansion plans.
Any user of your app will not be denied in any way. All the users will be able to use the system, even if the user count goes beyond 1000.
The pricing page - http://www.kinvey.com/pricing/ was recently modified to best represent the information customers need to make their decision on Billing plan with Kinvey. I am following up internally to get active user limits re-inserted in the pricing page.
Let me know if this answers all your questions.
Regards,
Wani
Hi,
I will check this internally and get back to you.

Hi,
Sorry about the delayed response. The limit is still there and hasn't been changed.

recently on kinvey official page . there is no more information about 1000 active user or 100000 active user on free(developer) and Startup pricing plan . Is it real or not . does this limit still exists or they have already eliminate that from their policy . If yes this would be a good news
