As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
Because this kid is registered under a Kinvey account with a different email - firstname.lastname@example.org, we will need an email confirmation from that email before taking this action.
Can you please arrange that?
This is not possible through Kinvey Console right now. The engineering team is working on a fix for this.
Can you share your app id (kid_xxx) so that I can get it fixed for you?
I am able to reproduce this issue. I believe this has to be a Kinvey console improvement.

After playing with the Custom Password Reset URL feature, I've decided I will keep using the original email. The problem is that when I erase the custom URL and hit save button, I got this error message:
"Format validation failed (url must be a valid url)"
Is there any way to use the original password reset URL?
