As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

Have you written the call to register for push in your app code? Does it give any error on execution?

Hi there.
I'm using Delphi to create an app. I've managed to get the device to create a user in the Kinvey user database, however when doing this, the push notification field (e.g. _messaging), is blanked. Where can I find this value on android? Or is it something sent back from the server?
