As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

Hi there,
I'm having trouble logging into the console. Can't remember the password (as saved it on chrome, trying to sign in with another device), and the password reset request won't come through... Been waiting 30 mins now and nothing.
