As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
We were facing GateWay Timeout Issues Intermittently while accessing Kinvey Rest API/Business Logic. But today these errors are happening more frequently and issue lasts for around 5 minutes.
Please find attached screenshot of the error log. Is there any service outage happened for Kinvey services today? or Can you suggest on the issue which we are facing.
Kinvey experienced some intermittent BL issues today at about the time you posted this inquiry to the Forum. The problem was resolved by 11:02 a.m. Eastern Time. You should not have experienced any of these issues since then. Please let us know if you have any questions or if you are still seeing these problems.
