As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
I'm trying access this but for some reason I get a message saying this: Please wait just a moment... we're loading your custom estimate... and then nothing happens. How can I get back to the calculator?? any help is appreciated.
Sorry about the delay in reply.
I am able to load the calculator in my browser - latest chrome and firefox. I am also able to get the estimate over email after completing the form.
Have you tried one of these browsers?
