I use Objective-C in most of my projects and use version 1.x of Kinvey in my projects. I understand that I will have to switch to the newer version of Kinvey, but will I have rewrite my projects in swift?
What we mean by end of support is that we will not be fixing further problems or adding new features after that date.
Yes. Apps will be able to access the database and custom endpoints.
Thanks,
Pranav

Ming,
Your apps that are using Kinvey 1.x (Objective C) iOS SDK will continue to work even
after 31 March 2017 but there wouldn't be any update or support from
Kinvey side.
Our recommendation is to switch to using Kinvey v3 iOS SDK earlier and take advantage of the latest developments.
Thanks, Pranav Kinvey Support

Will this apply to already published projects for example an for a project written in objective-c that has already been created and distributed, will kinvey just stop working on the application?

Yes. In order to use the new version of the library, your project must be written in Swift. Check following link for migrating from Version 1.x to Version 3.x:
