As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

Just confirming that you are building a native app using React Native?
We do not officially support React-Kinvey combination as of today. We are working on that. Please note that our "js-sdk" (core javascript SDK) is open source, so if a developer wants to use that as the baseline for their React integration, they are free to do so.
