As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

Have you just started using Kinvey or you have used it for sometime? I am asking because you are using 1.6.8. We recommend you to check our Kinvey v3.4.0 (http://devcenter.kinvey.com/angular/downloads#).
