As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

so far hotmail consistently sees all emails as junk, icloud and others seem to be ok.
I have tried the above suggestions with no luck. Huge issue...
Please send me an email address that you used to send to hotmail and it went to the SPAM folder. Also, please include an email address that you sent to another email system that was NOT received in the SPAM folder. For privacy reasons, please send it to me via email at email@example.com
I'll take a look at our email service and see if I see anything unusual.

Using modules.email.send() in business logic to send emails will almost certainly have your email rock up in the junk mail folder. After some digging I think I found that Kinvey uses SendGrind.
To send emails and prevent ending up in spam I did the following:
