Hello Kinvey team,

The problem we met with push notifications is that when we are calling method, that whould register our device to notifications, your sdk gives us error about that we run this method not in proper thread. But it is doesnt matter in which thread we will run it, UI or Background, it still falls inside of your SDK code.

This update fixes the problem described in this ticket regarding problems registering for push notifications.

This problem has been targeted to be fixed in the next Android library release which could be as early as Friday, May 19, 2017. I will let you know if that date changes.
