As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

Hello Kinvey team,
The problem we met with push notifications is that when we are calling method, that whould register our device to notifications, your sdk gives us error about that we run this method not in proper thread. But it is doesnt matter in which thread we will run it, UI or Background, it still falls inside of your SDK code.
