As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

This update fixes the problem described in this ticket regarding problems registering for push notifications.
At your convenience, please download and test the fix and let us know if it works to your satisfaction.
This problem has been targeted to be fixed in the next Android library release which could be as early as Friday, May 19, 2017. I will let you know if that date changes.

This problem was escalated to engineering for investigation several days ago. I have request status. We will update you as soon as we know more.

The problem we met with push notifications is that when we are calling method, that whould register our device to notifications, your sdk gives us error about that we run this method not in proper thread. But it is doesnt matter in which thread we will run it, UI or Background, it still falls inside of your SDK code.
