How does the "per app and per moth" free plan charge?

No. You can create multiple apps in a month. Please signup on Kinvey Signup Link and follow step by step tutorials.

I had already seen the table, but I could not understand. I mean will it only be possible to create an app in a month? it is? It was not very clear to min. Could you explain me?
