As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
We are using our Kinvey as a backend for an App that will be used in the UAE. However, the data transfer is slow. Do you have a data center in the EU or Asia that we can use for our Environment?
We currently do not have a Data Center in the EU but I can put in a request to our Product team and see if that is something that they would consider. Just let me know.
