As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
Thank you for reporting this - we have received similar complaints and have performed an investigation on the issue. As a result, we have switched the scheduled code service to an improved scheduler. Now you should not experience further misfiring of your scheduled code.

Hi there, anyone finding that the schedule code is running too often?
I've set up the code to run at 8am every morning (screen shot attached). But it runs almost every 30mins - don't know why.
