As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
I want to delete my account in accordance with GDPR, but the Kinvey account dashboard provides no self-service way to do so. I filed a support ticket, but it was rejected. Please tell me what I need to do to delete my account.

Click on the GDPR link in the upper right hand corner of the page, fill out the form and it will be forwarded to our legal team for processing.
