I want to delete my account in accordance with GDPR, but the Kinvey account dashboard provides no self-service way to do so. I filed a support ticket, but it was rejected. Please tell me what I need to do to delete my account.

Hello Ari,

The formal process for removing your data from Kinvey can be found at the following URL. https://www.progress.com/legal/privacy-center.

Click on the GDPR link in the upper right hand corner of the page, fill out the form and it will be forwarded to our legal team for processing.
