As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
This is the main limitation of the free plan tier and our support team cannot lift the restriction. You can contact our sales team and request them to provide you with temporary trial access.
Currently, the users have the options to test the bots in the integrated Console at bots.kinvey.com, in Facebook Messenger and in the Alexa Developer Console. We understand that those alternatives might not offer an identical experience to the chatbot in the Kinvey Studio app and we are working on making more testing channels available.
I would like to publish a ChatBot project to Kinvey Studio to test within the App, however, I get this error message:
"Your current plan doesn't allow this operation. This feature is restricted"
Is this restriction able to be lifted?
