upload file window don't refresh

I click upload file button for the second time and can see information about previous upload operation. If I refresh the page, the window information is cleared and I can upload new file. I think this is a bug because page refresh is required everytime I upload new file

The reported issue has been fixed and deployed now. Now you don't need a page refresh while upload a new file.
