As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
hello there, i want to import data from csv file. when i import the csv file, it says data imported successfully but no data is shown in the collection. i think it is a bug. please help me with this issue.
Your entire account is limited to make a certain number of requests per day . This means any and all documents that make a request count towards it and if you use import functions in two or three cells then that's two or three more requests. You'll have to go through your documents to reduce the number of requests made. Do this by deleting unneeded documents, disabling imports in ones you don't use often and minimising the number of requests made per document.
