As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
We experienced some high latency due to underlying infrastructure problems, which affected some apps by making them slower or timeout. This is now resolved as of ~20m ago. Apologize for the problem, we got on it as soon as our alerts fired.

Getting a Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Gateway Timeout) for https://baas.kinvey.com/user/APP_SECRET_CODE/_me/?kinveyfile_tls=true.
