As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
I accidentally changed my selfie app and test app to free plan, as i already posted before.
You changed my selfie app back to legacy plan, but the test app is still in free plan.
Can you please change the test app also to legacy plan.

Hi Joshua,
This happened because your test app wasn't registering as actively in use at the time when we implemented the new pricing model, so it got moved to the Starter bucket.
