Pricing plans mismatch

Dear Support,

Re FaceCrypt Starter - we have noticed within your new interface that the Plan has changed to Indie.

We are not requiring this plan at the moment and have not authorised this.

We only require to stay on Starter at the moment.

We have tried changing the plan back to Starter but your system does not allow this and we receive the message displayed as **'Cannot upgrade from starter to starter.'**.

We await your response ASAP.

I'm checking into this now, it is most likely a display issue within the new console.
Can you let me know which KID you're trying to find the plan status for?
Caroline, we have just checked the console and correct Plan is displayed now so we presume that the issue is resolved. Or do you still need our account ID?
