As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
It all happened after kinvey updated the website two weeks back.

This is actually identified as a high-priority issue facing our system. We have an engineer looking into resolving this and should have a timeline on resolution within the next day or so.
I will follow up on this topic when I get more information. Also, moving this to web console.
