Toast,
When you first log into the console you are presented with a list of applications that you have created, each application should have a set of buttons beneath it showing you the individual environments under each app. After entering into an individual app, you will be able to click the environment name in the top left corner of the page, and then click "manage environments". On this page you will see your "usage". Your usage will outline how many environments you are allowed to have / business logic scripts, etc. for this environment.
I believe that free plans are only allowed a single environment per application at this time.
Please let me know if you have any other questions,
Thanks,
T

How to create environments for the same application?

Typically we recommend using 1-3 environments per application. The reason behind this being that most people prefer testing, (and sometimes staging) before releasing an app / update to an application. You can use the import / export tool in the console in order to replicate data between your environments.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
