As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

Push Trigger also used to work and now it does not.
But using the Push in the console does (still) work.
I have a demo of my app for investors tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed that the issue will be solved before!
