Cloning environments does not clone "common" code

It seems that cloning an environment from one to another does not include code contained in the "common" subdirectory of the business-logic directory. Obviously this assumes you are using the Kinvey CLI tool since the "common" directory is not yet supported in the web version. Everything else gets cloned fine, so I assume the "common" directory was simply forgotten since it is fairly new.

A fix for this bug has been deployed.

This is very useful to know. I'll check into it and make sure we have future versions including the common subdirectory.
