As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

Also someone sent me a link to a ticket but It takes me to the login screen although I am already logged in. After logging in again it just takes me to regular page but not the ticket. why?
