As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

There is a filter on what can be posted to the forums before a moderator approves it. A lot of the time the filter prevents posts with code in them as it looks like unchecked hyperlinks, which need to be manually checked for spam before being posted. Your posts are appearing on the forums now.
