As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

Dawn, we've removed this for the time being and have this prioritized to be fixed by 9/30/15 at this time.
There is currently a bug with the console which always displays 0 calls in the analytics page.
