As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

Thanks for your reply. The queue is still not cleared. I can see that my yesterday's last cloning request (Dev -> Staging) has timed out and the very old cloning requests are still shown as scheduled. Can you please look into this? We urgently need to move the app from dev to production, but we are facing the technical issues with kinvey cloning.

This has been escalated internally and will be looked at today, I am unsure of time until resolution at this time.

Tried cloning Development environment to Staging, but it seems that it is hung. I logged in to legacy console for the first time today, and noticed that there are many scheduled clone request already stuck there. Not sure since how long or who created them. I tried to clone from Dev to Stage in my first attempt after waiting for a really long time I could see that there some cloning requests timed out. I am guessing those are from my first cloning attempt. I tried issuing another cloning request but all of them are still in scheduled stage. Can you please look into this?
I am not sure which cloning requests were sent earlier. Can you please cancel all earlier requests and just execute the last cloning request submitted by me today from Dev to Staging? Attached Screenshots.
