As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
Any request to kinvey give authentication failed error some time when we wait hour or two and try the same request it works fine it happen every day lately.
attached you will find a screenshot from post man of a login request which work fine normal but some time gives that he request authentication sometimes when i enter any authentication even the appid and the app secret it still dose not work.
