As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

I notice that there's no support for RAPID at any account level below that of Business - Advanced -- which is a bit out of my budget. Is it possible to purchase RAPID as a feature separately? Thanks!
