ACTION REQUIRED: Re-upload iOS Push Certificate

We are working hard to provide you with a better Push offering. We need your help with re-uploading your Push certificate to ensure continuity of service. 

Note that this action does not require you to regenerate your certificate, but to simply upload the current one. There is no need for any special scheduling as this will not cause a disruption in your service.

Action required:

  • Please login to console.kinvey.com
  • For each of your push-enabled environments, go to Engagement->Push->ConfigurationFind the .p12 file you previously created and drag it to the upload area. 
  • If you don’t know where to find the p12 file please speak with your company’s technical resource to help you find the file.
  • Click ‘Save’ and enter your certificate password if prompted.


Please perform this action by September 25, 2015. If you do not perform the action by this date, your Push Notifications may be disrupted.
