As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

I am using a custom password reset page. Users can successfully reset their password and reach the custom success/confirmation page, but on submit, the browser displays this authentication request:
Ignoring the dialog and selecting "Log In" allows the form to submit successfully, but this dialog is jarring and confusing.
This occurs even when using the vanilla custom password reset template. Is there a way to fix this?
