I want to set custom "From" and "Reply to " emails in Reset Password Email Engagement console but it throws a error
"An unknown error has occurred while making request. The server responded with status code 500."
Here i attached a screenshot of it. So please tell me what is the problem.

same error fired when add firstname.lastname@example.org as a collaborator
Can you add email@example.com as a collaborator on your environment? That way, I can take a look at this first hand and help out.

I already attached a screenshot of error output.
I was able to insert the same details (custom "From" and "Reply to " emails) in a test app and save it successfully.
Can you retry this once? Also, for the next attempt, if you can capture the screenshot with error output in Chrome's developer console, that could be helpful.
