As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.

When you log in on https://bots.nativechat.com/login and select your chatbot, you will find the "History" and "Analytics" tabs. In the "History" tab, you will find the data about all the user interactions with your chatbot. Please take a look at 'Filters" dropdown if you want to view the data for specific conversation. The 'Analytics' tab shows all the information like bot engagement, understanding and interaction in charts/ graphs presentation. Also, if you want to get the users conversation data using an API and apply queries, then please take a look at this link.
