As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
Moving my question to forum link as per support team's request as follows - I have created an app on your developer platform. I see a gray button in front of app name. You can find it in the attachment. It opens appkey, appsecret window. There is a kebab menu which opens the same window. Looks like a UI/UX problem. Cheers, Sunita
I am not able to reproduce this issue. I created a fresh new app and named it as "test1". I don't see a gray button in front of the app name. I have tested this multiple times and on different browsers. This seems to be an issue on your side. I would request you to clear browser's data or try on any different browser/ computer and let me know if you still see this issue.

I am glad to hear that my suggestion was helpful. I just wanted to let you know that you reply to this forum post opened support ticket in our portal. Looks like you replied from an email client software or browser by clicking 'Reply' buttons. I would request you to comment on your tickets using our forum portal. On the portal, you can click and open the forum post. You will see an option to add a comment there.
