Drag and drop is not working for me in Chrome or Safari. Is there another way to upload?

I wanted to follow up to see if this issue was resolved. We've been unable to reproduce and I'm not sure exactly what could be going wrong.

Chrome 37.0.2062.120 and Safari 7.0.6 (9537.78.2). I tried 2 different JPGs with no success - was trying to drag them together as well as separately.

What versions of Chrome or Safari are you using? What is the file extension? File size? Is it all files or a specific file?
