As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
I don't know but every time I try to run the Status Share I have problems. I was fixed on my previous problem, which was about five months ago, but know I come back to it, build it, run it and when I try to update a comment with a photo nothing displays on the fragments_updates_list or details fragment. When I go to the dashboard my user is created and it shows I uploaded a photo file to Kinvey, but then I click on the link in Kinvey and it says the file can not be found. Besides that when I go to the dashboard the comment is not even posted.

Have you cloned the latest repo? We continuously bug fix, so it may be that you have an older version. https://github.com/KinveyApps/StatusShare-Android
