As of April 12th, you must go to Progress SupportLink to create new support cases or to access existing cases. Please, bookmark the SupportLink URL and use the new portal to contact the support team.
I have asked a couple of questions in the last 30 days and neither has been replied to.
The last one about the email requesting certificates be re-uploaded and the upload not working.
I this is supposed to be a support forum, it isn't working.
